2026 Rise Leadership Retreat

April 17 - 19, 2026
Legacy Ranch
Spearfish, South Dakota

RISE Leadership Retreat exists to equip individuals to rise into their God-given purpose by confronting what holds them back, embracing identity, and cultivating leadership rooted in faith, clarity, and conviction.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Romans 12:2

RISE Leadership Retreat

A transformational leadership experience for individuals who feel called for more but sense something holding them back.

Often, that resistance isn’t a lack of discipline or desire.

It’s unresolved experiences, patterns, or past wounds; some clearly remembered, others buried beneath years of survival, success, or busyness.

At RISE, we create space to slow down, dig deep, and bring awareness to what has shaped you, so it no longer controls you.

Through intentional challenge, guided reflection, and faith-centered leadership development, participants are supported in identifying the beliefs, experiences, and internal barriers that limit forward movement so they can step fully into clarity, confidence, and purpose.

This is not about reliving the past.

It’s about releasing it—and moving forward aligned, strengthened, and free.

The RISE Experience

RISE is intentionally designed to go deeper than surface-level growth.

Many people carry unresolved trauma - known or unknown - that quietly influences how they lead, decide, trust, and move forward. Without awareness, these patterns can keep even the most capable individuals stuck.

At RISE, we take time to:

  • Pause long enough to listen

  • Identify what’s been holding you back

  • Bring clarity to patterns formed through past experiences

  • Reclaim identity rooted in truth, not survival

This work is done in a grounded, faith-centered environment that emphasizes safety, reflection, and forward movement—not shame or pressure.

The goal is not to stay in the pain—but to understand it, learn from it, and move beyond it!

Why We Go Deep

You can’t lead clearly when you’re carrying what was never meant to be carried alone.

Unaddressed trauma often shows up as:

  • Fear of stepping forward

  • Self-doubt or imposter syndrome

  • Over-control or avoidance

  • Disconnection from purpose

  • Feeling stuck despite effort

RISE provides a structured space to acknowledge what’s been shaping you—so it no longer defines you.

When awareness meets truth, healing begins.

And from that place, identity becomes clear, grounded, and purposeful.
